Refund Policy
MergeRef ("we", "us", or "our") processes refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the criteria below.
1. Product Nature
MergeRef is a digital software license (downloadable content). Content delivery is considered to begin at the moment a license key is issued and activated.
2. Eligibility
- Full refund within 7 days of payment if the license has not been activated (installed/run)
- When normal use is impossible due to a material defect attributable to us
- When the charged amount differs from the amount that should have been billed
3. Limitations
Due to the nature of digital content, withdrawal based on a simple change of mind may be limited once the license has been activated and use has begun. This does not apply where the issue is attributable to us.
4. How to Request
- Click "Request refund" on your purchase in the My Account page
- Or email contact@mergeref.com with your order details
5. Processing Time
We review and process requests within 3–5 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; the payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.
